The Rev. Theodore M. Schulz is Pastor of Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church.
He is a graduate of Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio, and has served parishes
in Virginia and West Virginia. He is a fourth generation Lutheran Pastor. Click Here
